Simon Lim, Senior Analyst

Simon has a background in retail strategy, including multi-channel customer experience and marketing, international e-commerce expansion, and brand strategy.
 
Since joining GreenOrder, Simon has worked with major players in the retail, industrials, and materials sectors on energy and operational efficiency, change management, innovation, and internal/external stakeholder engagement.
 
Simon began his career at Sears Holdings Corporation (NASDAQ: SHLD), a Fortune 50 broadline retailer. Among his major contributions, he worked on the five-year growth strategies for Kenmore and Craftsman, the leading U.S. home appliance and tools brands, and key strategic growth initiatives for Sears.com, one of North America’s largest online retail websites. He also co-founded Sears Holdings’ Green Associate Network, a 200+ member internal organization established to improve employee awareness, education, and engagement in environmental sustainability issues. Additionally, he advised the development of one of Sears Holdings’ leadership programs, of which he was an original member.
 
Simon holds a B.A. in East Asian Studies from Yale University. As an undergraduate, he designed sustainability projects for the Yale Student Taskforce for Environmental Partnership. Simon originally hails from San Francisco, CA, and grew up spending his summers visiting U.S. National Parks and traveling across continents. He is nurturing a newfound passion in global and regional water issues.
