Analysts perform detailed quantitative analyses and qualitative research for our clients, summarizing and presenting their findings for their project teams and frequently to clients. On project teams, Analysts play an active role in team problem solving.

Associates play a more significant role in structuring analyses, managing discrete work streams within engagements, and presenting our findings to clients. Many also actively contribute to internal firm functions like knowledge management.

Engagement Managers structure and lead multiple work streams within client engagements, managing Analyst and Associate team members. They play an important role in building relationships and leading interactions with clients. Internally, many Engagement Managers also help lead internal functions like recruiting.

Principals play a more significant role in leading our most strategic client engagements across multiple work streams, managing teams, spearheading team problem-solving, and ensuring successful engagement delivery. They usually lead interactions with senior clients. Internally, Principals actively contribute to firm management in areas like service offering development.
