Associates structure and lead multiple work streams within client engagements, managing analyst and senior analyst team members. They play an important role in building relationships and leading interactions with clients. Internally, many associates also help lead internal functions like recruiting.

Senior Associates play a more significant role in leading our most strategic client engagements across multiple work streams, managing teams, spearheading team problem-solving, and ensuring successful engagement delivery. They usually lead interactions with senior clients. Internally, senior associates actively contribute to firm management in areas like service offering development.
